Warehouse Office Suites

Ambassador Business Park offers two types of commercial space. Our retail spaces are highly sought-after storefronts that face Southwest Parkway just off of Business 121. These units range in size from 800 to 1600 square feet. Easily accessible storage space is an additional option if desired.

The second type of commercial spaces Ambassador offers are combination office/warehouse suites. These suites range in size from 750 to 3000 square feet. The warehouse space is accessed by ground level roll-up bay doors.

Many of our tenants have been with Ambassador for years and have found the business park to be the perfect location. Just 20 minutes to Denton, 20 minutes to Frisco, 30 minutes to Dallas, and 12 minutes to Grapevine and DFW airport.

We offer 1- and 2-year lease options with a one month required security deposit. There are no extra maintenance fees or hidden charges
